Outstanding customer service. From the Sales associate (MarK Anthony!), to the finance officer (Neil) Arianna in Service and Eddie in Parts - EVERYONE has been wonderful. This is not the closest Kia dealership to our home, but it is worth the drive to NPR for the service provided by this team. Good job, Mr. Gillis. You're doing something very right.
This is my 3 rd Kia Sorrento from here. I never had any problems with Friendly Kia. The whole staff from service to car wash are always professional and Courteous. I have sent a few friends there.
