The whole experience was effortless. Your sales staff and finance guys all worked to make sure a great deal was offered without any pressure. I've haven't had this level of customer service since moving to the area. Most dealerships are not willing to negotiate or have high pressure sales tactics which are not only ineffective but an extreme turn off. Keep doing what you are doing, I'll be back to buy more cars in the future.
Spent several days trying to get an out the door price on a car with zero trade and paying cash. You would think that this would be a simple process. However, I was told, "Mr. Lewis, Per company policy we are not allowed to give an out the door number..... you need to calculate the out the door number ". Completely confused on why a business which is in the business of selling stuff and prides itself for internet sales department to then not tell you what it's gonna cost to buy.
I drove 150 miles and dealer didn't fullfil their commitment via email. I showed manager the emails from their customer services, the ebrouchers, and he said I was confused. They didn't want to sell the car posted in internet at that price with 0% interest.
I want to praise Marc Anthony Romero at Friendly Kia for going out of his way to provide exceptional service to my husband and I. He drove out to our house at 6:00 pm this evening to do a software update that gave us the ApplePlay feature to our 2016 Optima. He even stayed and gave us training on how to use this fabulous feature. I will definitely do further business with Marc Anthony in future Kia car purchases.
The interaction was as quick as they could make it. It was quick and to the point. They heard me when I asked for help and they got me into a new car which exceeded my expectations greatly. They even offered tints on my windows which I'm getting installed for free this Saturday. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
