So far I’ve had crystal Cheney call me, then text me now I have an email from an Isabelle, this is why I HATE car sales man, you guys are like leaches , you can’t even walk around friendly kias parking lot with out feeling you are being stalked, harassed or hounded by a dozen salesman.....this is unacceptable, to be hounded at home also. Don't waste your time going to this dealership, they lie and give you false information. The dealership manager is supporting the fact that his person lied. Do your self a favor and go to a named brand dealership. Kia's don't hold there value and the service center is just as bad!
All was good and well until the sales manager Brian Correa got involved. They asked my husband to provide an employment letter since he was due to start a new job soon.The letter he gave them was not what they needed therefore we could not do the deal. Brian got upset with losing the sales so he then threw my husbands credit score in his face right in the middle of the showroom floor. This was the second and last time I’ll ever walk into this dealership....
