RecommendedGreat customer service! I saw this little plushy after a service appt and said it looked like my chemo dog that I had just lost. The lady gave the plushy to me and I began to cry. She came around from her desk and hugged me. It meant the world to me. That plushy now sit on my Kia dashboard. Thank you Friendly Kia for the GREAT service and customer service!

What's not to love about Friendly Kia? Here's only a few things we enjoyed: Low-pressure sales; wide selection; advertised prices are the actual prices (and not just an online hook to attract customers); fair deal; honest staff; and sales manager, salesman, and finance manager expertise.
The sales people are all very nice and eager to help get the car we really wanted at a reasonable price!
I had the pleasure of meeting Otto Villalta, sales and lease consultant, this past week at Friendly Kia. I leased a Kia Sportage at a different dealership, and the time was fastly approaching to make a decision on whether to keep it or not. The manager directed me to Otto.
