Just bought a Telluride and we could not be happier with the sales experience. Yes, negotiations had to be done, just as you would anywhere else, but the men we worked with were not your typical arrogant salespeople. Chett and Joe were extremely friendly, fun to talk to, and very helpful! I would recommend Friendly Kia to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle and look forward to doing business with them again soon!
