Just to let you know right off the bat that our worst nightmare is purchasing a vehicle but that was not the case. It was the first time we purchased from Friendly Kia and I must say from our immediate impression of our salesman Raymond Joseph Satler to the sales manager Joseph DiMaggio & to the finance manager Bobby Walsh we felt at ease with no pressure.
