RecommendedWe went to several KIA locations to get an idea of what the other locations were like and we ended up back where we started. The TV's or cruises are not what closes the sale for us. It's the way we are treated, the inventory that they have obviously, but also just as equally important is the final price. Friendly KIA is the best choice for us.
Friendly and amazing service plus great selection of cars and SUVs to pick from. Roberto and Carl were awesome and found my pretty car after my frustration and stress of many dealerships and total loss of my previous car. I was able to walk out with a 2019 Kia Forte!!!! I will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership ever again! I went there to trade my leased vehicle and purchase a new car. I asked for the bottom line out the door price on the new vehicle and agreed to the terms. Six days later the the finance manager contacted me and told me they did not know I was trading in a vehicle that was leased. We went there knowing what we wanted and even went to work late to try and make the deal happen. Was told that we would receive a phone call the next day but the phone call never came. We would have been willing to try other options. Very very disappointed!!
Took our Optima to Service Center. They were finished much sooner than anticipated. It was a very easy and “Friendly” experience. Service Department matched the great experience we had with the sales department. That is why we bought 2 cars from Friendly! Thanks!!
I have just purchased my 2nd Kia here since January of this year. I loved my first Sorrento I got here in Jan. I was driving on a 2 lane street with a speed limit of 35, this street in Spring Hill FL has a lot of side streets. The 14 of May a man choose to run a stop sign and totaled my beautiful car. I have not yet signed off on the paperwork yet with my insurance.
