they at least honor their customers contractual obligations and routine involvement. Sales men , as good as they can get . Finance , as painless as possible as could be for them . Detail department , the detail department is absolutely 10000% % the best quality KIA has . Fantastic work Detail department!! hardest working employees on the premises
I could not be happier with the service. Everyone is nice and, the cost is just right. I drive an hour here and know when I get here I will be treated very professionally and with respect like a family member.
Usually, I loathe dealerships. That's because I've had crap experiences. I've been on both sides of the counter. This is one of the nicer and mor courteous ones. Everybody here made me feel welcome and I might need to get my next car here. I regret not coming here when I was looking. I will be back.
