Got a great deal on a new Niro last year and despite a mechanical issue, it was delt with under Kia Warranty and we had a courtesy car the whole time, whilst we had to wait for parts.
The service department was fast, efficient and the service writer Todd didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off. Genuinely a nice guy and someone you can trust.
