Visited today for the first time since I relocated to this area. Staff lives up to their name "Friendly". I've been going to another location for 6 years and the staff here beats the other dealership hands down for service and friendliness. Friendly and knowledgable staff, both in service & sales. Sales and Service don't presser but make good suggestions. Fourth vehicle we have purchased and will always reccomend Friendly KIA.
we purchased a new vehicle from kia was not told a spare tire wasn't included. bent the rim. friendly kia offer no assistance in finding a spare. said our salesman didn't work there any more blew us off. had to find and purchase spare and loss of work for both my husband & I. beware this dealership and kia which I filed a complaint with and still don't care. so on to better business bureau. Kia cost me over $450.00. so sad
George was great and very understanding in what price and what we were looking for no hassle or trying to change our mind
