Excellent customer service. Identified the problem right away and took care of the problem sooner then I expected. Will bring my car back there again.
They have always done great work on my car and are honest about what work needs to be done.
I got a recall notice. called them and they did not have the parts, they would call when they got them. They never did. A few weeks later I called again and they had them so I made an appt. for 9:30. Six hours later they called that it was ready. At least they gave me a ride home and back. But 6 hours to fix door latches?
The service at the Quick Lane was excellent and the workers very attentive. In general, our 2014 Ford Focus had always been taken care of very well for its tune ups and oil changes. We’re thankful for their good service!

My 2011 Ford Escape was totaled due to a fire. Called Debra Anderson, told her what I was looking for. She found the perfect 2017 Escape SE with tow package within a day. Have only been driving my new vehicle for a week and am very pleased.
