Sales Customer Service is not good! Very arrogant!
Bought a truck there a week ago and was not impressed. Was Miss lead about the interest rate I would be receiving on my vehicle and they did a classic bait and switch which is illegal. Also 3 days of driving the truck off the lot I noticed a couple items electric items did not work properly and the truck now has a loud crunching sound when I accelerate to quickly. Called back to let them know and see if items could be fixed. Lady who sold me the truck stated she would talk to her sales manager and call me back but never did.... read more
My purchase experience was good, but I found some issues with the vehicle after less than a week of owning it. Some may be covered under the 30day warranty but some would not be. It is frustrating to have the HVAC blower stop working a week after spending $25 grand on an F-150. We'll have to see how they handle it.
Went for a oil change great service nice to not be push into saying there always saying there are other promblems with your car.
The service at freeway ford is top notch! The staff in the service department does a great job. I would recommend freeway ford service and quick lane to anyone! Keep up the good work!
