I am extremely satisfied with the service department at Freeway Ford. I had bought an Edge at another dealership in the area. From the get-go something wasn't right with the transmission. Sold me a Focus with a rotten-bad transmission. Ford says it is bad but not bad enough to fix! Buyer be ware.
Brought in my less than a year old escape because of the crunching sound when I back up but they said nothing is wrong with it. It sound bad like something is grinding into another part. I don't think a computer can tell but obviously there is something in the bottom part of the back that maybe broken. I want to bring it in again but i'm scared they will just say the same thing. Brand new car but it sounds crap.
I had no problem with my serve got right in and was out of there in just over and hour time wait
