went to area get oil change and it was done quick and then they washed my car too.highly recomamend them.
Buying my suv from there was great. My issues came when i needed an oil change. I went under their website and it popped up text us for service. I asked to make an appointment for an oil change and got no response. Then I get a call a couple days later saying they were following up on a call that i wanted to trade my car in??? The guy told me i can come in anytime for an oil change and i did. Then they wash my car but dont dry it and it was pointless since i got home and dust was all over it. Worst service experience ever. My truck was there a week for a transmission hose replacement. They would never call and let me know what was happening I had to call them to find out anything. I called when I got off work the final day and asked how my truck was and they just said you can come get it. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I am stationed here with the military and will tell everyone I know here to stay clear of them.

How is it exactly that you can refuse service to somebody that has a brand new Ford vehicle bought from your company but because they're black you won't service them. So apparently you're racist attitude will allow them to buy a car but if something happens while the warranty is still valid they can't get you to fix it? You need to be shut down and you need to reevaluate your life you are a disgrace to the human race Phil and Mike!
Even though I bought my car elsewhere, I always take it here for service. Great job every time.

sensational they boys were awsome on my gt mustang heath was great took out some defects and removed marks on window trims, console misalignment, paint defects from previous dealer just found out they were dealer of the year award 3 years running well done boys cya at 1500klm service
