Went there for our 2017 Ford Focus as the windshield cracked when my wife left our heated garage 65F - outside was 0F. First thing I was told is it's a rock chip... well it doesn't look one but the individual was set "it's a rock chip". If I don't go through my insurance it's $300. They royaly f@&$$& us over on a car, Carlos the gm was very rude and he promised us a better experience then the next time he hung up on us... then told me there were cops waiting to pick me up if I started to talk down about his company , love ford and all but come one worst experience of a dealership I have been to

I am extremely satisfied with the service department at Freeway Ford. I had bought an Edge at another dealership in the area. From the get-go something wasn't right with the transmission. After calling that dealership's service department for answers and bringing it in 2 times, the initial problem was still there. I then brought the car into Freeway Ford.
