I am from Texas, my son purchased an 2017 Escape Titanium last November and told me about the good deal he received from Freeway Ford and the saleslady, Barbe Castjohn. So, I contacted Ms. Castjohn and selected a brand new Ford Edge Titanium. Took an Amtrak to pick it up and the Edge was ready, the financing had all been completed and only needed to sign a few pages. The saleslady, Ms.Castjohn even treated me to lunch. Had a recall on our FORD. They gave us a loaner to drive while work was being done. Work took longer the they expected so they said drive the loaner till it was dont on Monday. So we got to drive the new loaner for a weekend. While the sork was done. They took care of us. Thanks
After reading some of the comments, I have to admit I'm a little concerned that I just signed a 3 year lease. My experience so far has been very positive. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional and accommodating. We like that Freeway Ford is close to home and work. I love driving the new Escape and hope that my experience over the next 3 years will continue to be a pleasant one.
Went there for our 2017 Ford Focus as the windshield cracked when my wife left our heated garage 65F - outside was 0F. First thing I was told is it's a rock chip... well it doesn't look one but the individual was set "it's a rock chip". If I don't go through my insurance it's $300. The poor guy is not interested at anything but his point of view "it's a rock chip". They royaly f@&$$& us over on a car, Carlos the gm was very rude and he promised us a better experience then the next time he hung up on us... then told me there were cops waiting to pick me up if I started to talk down about his company , love ford and all but come one worst experience of a dealership I have been to
