RecommendedTo make sur you get what you paid for. The service was extremely good in all areas except i recieved a car fax from them as a courtesy only to find out the tire rotation i paid for in the managers special oil chang was not done and is now overdue. NOT HAPPY

Very disappointed with the level of communication while my F-150 was at Freeway Ford. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and then was told that appointments were for their convenience not mine. What should have taken two hours took the whole day with no concern for the inconvenience this caused me. I won’t be coming back.
we traded our two old fusions for taurus sho. I have visited 5 different dealerships and like this one a lot more than others. Easy to buy new car, no rush, no pushing, our manager Paul Kunz answered all of our questions clearly and transparently, and was always quickly replying to all of our calls and messages, even after we purchased the car but still had a couple of questions. He found the perfect car for us. And we absolutely love our new car.
