RecommendedThe service department always gets me in and out quickly and explains everything they did.
Very disappointed with the level of communication while my F-150 was at Freeway Ford. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and then was told that appointments were for their convenience not mine. What should have taken two hours took the whole day with no concern for the inconvenience this caused me. I won’t be coming back.
we traded our two old fusions for taurus sho. I have visited 5 different dealerships and like this one a lot more than others. Easy to buy new car, no rush, no pushing, our manager Paul Kunz answered all of our questions clearly and transparently, and was always quickly replying to all of our calls and messages, even after we purchased the car but still had a couple of questions. He found the perfect car for us. And we absolutely love our new car.

they are very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the systems. with todays complex cars this is very important
