Just went to Quick Lane yesterday. I used to love these people, then they got rid of everyone I was familiar with and started up selling. Last time it was new wipers. I declined, and 4months later the wipers aren’t tagged, but the air filter (4 months old) is. I ask to see it, and they change their minds and say it is okay. They also want me to get a new battery when the one I have is no more than two years old. I have had 6 Fords, 5 from Freeway Ford, but they are losing my loyalty over nickels and dimes.
I've trusted them w/ALL the maintenance & repairs from day 1 that I have owned my Ford Freestyle. They know their business and treat me like family. They explain things in MY non technical language which is greatly appreciated and NEVER recommend unnecessary services like other stations do to their patrons. They always wash my car for me as a courtesy even if it is only an oil change. They make me feel like family! You can't get any better than that. Thank you Freeway Ford!

Costumer service are rude
We have a bumper to bumper warranty and a full maintenance contract on our 2014 Ford Escape. We brought in in for maintenance and were told the lug nuts on our tires had worn out and we had to pay $161.00 to replace them and that was a surprise. I guess the lug nuts were not part of the bumper to bumper warranty! We will be buying a new car in the next few years and we will remember the lug nuts in choosing a dealer.
I Have Never Been To A Car Dealership That Was So Helpful And Friendly.
