We have a bumper to bumper warranty and a full maintenance contract on our 2014 Ford Escape. We brought in in for maintenance and were told the lug nuts on our tires had worn out and we had to pay $161.00 to replace them and that was a surprise. I guess the lug nuts were not part of the bumper to bumper warranty! We will be buying a new car in the next few years and we will remember the lug nuts in choosing a dealer.

I traded in my 2010 Ford Edge for a 2019 Ford Escape! Brian was wonderful to work with!! He listened to exactly what I was looking for a came through with a sweet deal! I've been taking my Edge to the Freeway Ford Quick Lane for the past 2 years after moving into the area. Everyone there is so nice I thought maybe the sales staff would be the same = I was correct!!
