STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE They over price there used inventory and only fix what you will notice and hide the rest. You are better off driving some where else for ANY of your used car purchase's. I can't believe what I read on there own reviews. I JUST bought a car from them and I am a younger adult (Over 25) and was treated like I just came out of jail. They are pushy,rude,un-trustworthy. I am only speaking of the USED cars. New cars I can not comment on. They should change the name to HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
Not Veteran Friendly I will stand by any Veteran as I did in Korea. It makes me sad to see that its all about making money these days and not about helping people (Certainly when they are Combat Vet's). Great Experience across the board After I read some of the reviews online I was a little concerned about doing business at this dealership but they had a car I really liked so I went anyway. I was very happy with the whole process from the vehicle pricing and the sales price to the way I was treated. repairs I took my Explorer here for repairs and felt like I was always ripped off. I had to bring my vehicle in to repair the same thing several times and had to keep paying over and over again. I never felt like they actually repaired anything.
Convenient location Freeway Ford has been around for a long time. It is an older dealership but they have a nice selection. They have a convenient location and a nice staff.
Very professional I found the sales staff to be very courteous and helpful through out the whole process. I unexpectedly had to replace my vehicle and had no real idea of what vehicle I wanted. They patiently helped me while drove several different vehicles. I received more for my trade than expected and got a fair price on the used Explorer I purchased. Excellent customer service by John and Tyler in the service department!!! Needed some work done in a short timeframe and they made it happen. They also gave recommendations on things that needed to be done for my safety. Super accommodating and awesome to work with!!!!
