My experience with the service department has disappointed me several times.
Always go to these guys.. they are the best
The overall service was excellent from the sales person all to finance. My husband and I have always got our cars through Freeway Ford and we will continue with them.
We were on vacation from KY when we had car issues in Wisconsin. Thanks for getting us in immediately and getting us back on the road in a short amount of time!
Very Courteous Team in the Service Dept and Reception Area. Kept me updated with findings and time frame of when vehicle would be completed.
RecommendedSalesman Walter was knowledgeable and courteous, and most of all patient with my questions. Dealership endeavored to provide full service, including lining up car loan at a competitive rate.
RecommendedFriendly, efficient service on my 2016 Escape since December 2015.
RecommendedBeen buying cars and getting service here for almost 20 years.
RecommendedVery attentive and helpful sales people. Prices very competitive. The entire process was painless.
