Nolan was FANTASTIC! Found the exact vehicle we were looking for at the right price. So friendly and helpful and Treated us so well. He had everything ready to go when we arrived at the dealership! Also, would like to thank Lincoln for being so friendly and helpful. Both are great examples of being Professionals! Well Done Freeway Ford. It was worth the 4 hour drive for us. New fast service and go department
Service manager was sarcastic and condescending to my wife and daughter, which they felt was because they were female. They were charged $400 to fix an engine light warning diagnosed as a wiring problem one week after a major wiring problem fixed for over $1000. In a three year old vehicle. Fishy. I have bought 4 new vehicles over the last 10 years at Freeway but this experience has given me pause.
Fast and efficient service
I needed some copies of my ignation key after having lost one of them. Freeway Ford told me over the phone when I asked about needing an appointment: 'Just drive right in now'. Okay by me. I did so and they got the keys made. The mechanic asked me if I wanted a car wash but I didn't have the time. So, I paid for the items and went home knowing I had backup keys in my pocket. The nation is saved!

Just visited Patrick not long ago to purchase a vehicle for my son. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased with Patrick and he is great. Very trustworthy and personable. Patrick is like family. We’re not just another sale to him. He greets us and remembers our names every time we have entered the dealership. If any of my friends are in the market for a new vehicle, he is the first person that I recommend to them.
