sales, management are awful I regret so bad having the car with them, service as well is poorly last time they check my brakes they leave the tires un-tight. and I almost had an accident. I will go somewhere else.

try be honest to women that bring there cars in for service
Improve by selling a "brand new" car without dents,dings and/or scratches,and if there was,then take the responsibility to resolve them instead of "ignoring" the customer.
This is my second car purchase from this dealer and would not change next time. Brian Steinhorst was great, explained things in a way I could understand. My experience has always been great!
I brought my vehicle in for an antenna fault with the satellite radio. They couldn't fix it (which I don't fault them for, it was broken and it's a very specialized piece) but when I picked up the car my backup camera no longer worked and my airbag light was on. I brought it back in and after looking at it they determined that they were not at fault and will not cover it, even though the service rep I talked to told me he remembered everything working when I initially brought it in. Not big on Thank You,. I ve had my 2012 Escape for 1+ week and other than this email asking for input no attempt from my sales persons to get my feedback. Oh , I need my muffler replaced. They're sales people are considerate but again no follow up. Did I mentioned that I need a new muffler?
