I brought my vehicle in for an antenna fault with the satellite radio. They couldn't fix it (which I don't fault them for, it was broken and it's a very specialized piece) but when I picked up the car my backup camera no longer worked and my airbag light was on. Not big on Thank You,. I ve had my 2012 Escape for 1+ week and other than this email asking for input no attempt from my sales persons to get my feedback. Oh , I need my muffler replaced. They're sales people are considerate but again no follow up. Did I mentioned that I need a new muffler?

They did a great Job! Super happy! They were very honest which I LOVED; they quoted me high than it was going to be and called me letting me know it was going to be cheaper than the quote instead of just taking the extra amount! definitely going back!
