I went in on a Saturday to test drive F250s. Nothing on their lot met what i wanted. Either more than I wanted to spend or not the options I wanted. Barbe did an awesome job finding one that was everything I wanted. I negotiated a price for the new truck as well as a good price for my trade in. Elijah was my salesman. He was rediculously helpful, truly cared about getting me in a safer vehicle, and worked hard to make my first car buying experience a good one. The dealership, as a whole, was also very accommodating. They made this process a VERY fast one, and also provided me with all the information I asked for without pulling teeth. I recommend buying from Freeway Ford for all your vehicles.

The people who services my car were friendly, respectful, efficient, and timely. I had "The Works" done on my car, but they made it a point to come ask me about a few services they didn't think my car needed (i.e. rotating my new tires). They said if I preferred, they wouldn't perform those few unnecessary services, and discounted the price for me. I was very impressed.

This was the only Ford dealer in my area that got my car in right away when my windshield wipers motor went out. Even though they were completely booked. They understood the hazard of not having my windshield wipers working, no one else did! They also gave me a loaner car for the day!

Service Department has been great! After owning vehicle over a year now, I regret trading in my RAV4. The Escape looses too much value in depreciation in comparison. I would like to get another new car, but I am too much upside down.

I stopped in for an oil change and couldn't be happier! I'm sorry that Phil will be gone is seven weeks, he is very nice and will be missed. They explain everything in detail. Steve is new and I hope to be able to work with him in the years ahead, he's very nice and friendly, it's nice to met by a smiling face. It makes you want to come back as you feel that they really care, and it's not just about the money. Thanks Guys :)

stoped in for an oil change. used the "fast lane" was in and out in about 20 minutes. oil changed, truck washed :)
