Worst dealer experience I've ever had. Will never be buying from you again.
Above and beyond, call another ford dealer and said car wasn't on recall brought here and found it was ASAP. Problem fixed and even washed our car... Will come back for sure
Went to trade my SUV in was not sure if able to do trade and they told me just that. Went home got a call from dealer and told me to fill out an app and that they would only pull my credit and my wife's credit once.. Well come to find out the finance dept not naming who ran our credit 11 times and now im faced with several issues with my credit and future credit issues... Thanks Freeway Ford...
This was the first, AND LAST, time I EVER use Freeway Ford to service my Focus. Dropped it off on Friday, 1/15, they finally got around to looking at it on Monday, 1/18. Needed my Clutch Master Cylinder worked on. Got a quote of $780.00!!! Well, I need my car, so go ahead. This is now Friday, 1/22....STILL NO CAR, AND THEY HAVE'NT EVEN BEGUN TO START WORKING ON IT YET!!!. They had to order three parts that were supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Everything was great when I first got my car and getting my car was easy. I have tried to reach out to them now as I have not yet received my new registration for my vehicle! I have tried to reach out to them multiple times to see if they can give me any idea when I can expect it, but no response yet. Elijah and the rest of the company clearly don't care once they get that commission off your sale. Don't fall for the trap!!
Sold me an suv where they "possibly put in the wrong trans fluid" but cannot prove it. My transmission blew and the Used car manager told me that "did you buy it as is" and i said yes. and hes like its your problem. NEVER buy a car from freeway ford
