It was okay. It was too bad that i took the vehicle on a holiday. The part had to be ordered and will not be delivered until Thursday. So I have an appt to go back on Friday at 7am. Hopefully I will not have to spend most of the day at the service dept lobby like I did today. We will see.
RecommendedMy car broke down a few miles I could to schedule an appointment at Freedom and they offered to tow my car they also set the expectation of how long my car, I felt like a celebrity the Hospitality was on point I got full and got wired on some coffee, service is fast and efficient they where honest with me on the work that needs to be down with my car I feel like I have been saved and u know what some hero’s don’t wear capes the Service Advisors are my hero’s
My car drives so much better after being serviced at Freedom Chevrolet today and everyone there was friendly.
Made an appointment was seen quickly and car was ready and fixed even thought it is a holiday weekend. The service was great and they explained everything that they did and what was wrong and let me know all about my car. Will come back with them in the future.
Showed up they were very busy..was helped in good time repairs were done to my 2015 Trax .. very good experience everyone was very polite and helpfull.
Very excellent and professional service
I made a 9:00 am appt for some maintenance on my 2014 Silverado. When I arrived it took approximately 20 minutes to be helped. Walked through the services I needed to be done: transmission service, fuel injection cleaning, ac diagnosis, tire rotation, differential fluid and alignment. Took an Uber to work as I had negative experiences waiting for the shuttle previously. Did not receive a call that my vehicle was ready or any status updates. Julio and Cynthia were amazing!! Very helpful and I was in and out in record timing!! Highly recommend buying a car from here! :)
The process was easy peasy dropped off the ride, got some grub and it was ready to go!
