I took my truck in, which was bought at freedom Chevrolet, for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. It took nearly 4 hours. The only reason I went there is because they I bought the tires from them and they use nitrogen in their tires. I definitely will not go back for a tire rotation and balance. Service was very good. I had a window reset that came off the track. The price I thought was quite expensive. I’m taking my truck back in on Monday due to the work placing my door panel and trim back is unacceptable.
It was a pleasant experience , I need it at oil change . They Told me to bring the car in that they were running a special,it took 1 hours and 15 minutes,great job.

In the process of purchasing a 2016 Chevy Colorado from CarMax. After an after sales purchase car inspection, I was shown that the front suspension bottomout bumpers are resting on the suspension arm. This makes the ride over bumpy roads a little tougher. I wanted this checked out by the dealership and to get a tech copy of the gap tolerance for the bottomout bumpers. The feedback was that there were no specs and manufacturer would no have anything. My experience with Freedom Chevrolet was very positive. Traveling on vacation and out of state, the right rear tire on my 2016 Equinox had a whole in it and had to be replaced. We were actually ready to leave heading home after a week in San Antonio. My preliminary phone call to Freedom was a little challenging (reluctant to commit to timing of repair) but ultimately, Josh took excellent care of us.
