My husband and I bought a vehicle from Freedom this past Friday. It wasn’t planned just one of those things where I thought I wanted to test drive a vehicle. I don’t know why everyone else had such a bad experience. Probably because they went in with bad attitudes to begin with. I had purchased my car from Carmax but when I need something fixed on it I always take it to Freedom because they honor Carmax extended warranty customers. So I always was greeted right away and I feel everyone is professional and thorough on finding out what is wrong with my car. They had a shuttle van that took me to work even. Traveling to San Antonio was my dream adventure. However, upon my departure during a stop to Badcock Rd. McDonald’s (great operator by the way) my car would not go into drive. Well, I googled Freedom Chevrolet and Eddy (service advisor) won me over with above service in reserving an appointment for my car in tow. Worst service ever. This is the 2nd time I had unfavorable issues with this dealership which tells you a lot. I was almost tempted to have a chat with the GM. Seriously who leaves oil stains inside your car after a routine maintenance check? I recommend everybody have their service needs done elsewhere, this dealership takes incompetency to a whole new level.
