RecommendedI called and made a reservation with a representative around 9am and was told it was set for 1:30 pm. I arrived at the seviece department for my first oil change and unfortunately my appointment was not on the schedule. Without hesitation Joshua Smith said it wouldn't be a problem. I was told there would be a wait and I knew that as the representative told me their oil changes run from an hour to and hour and half as they do a very thorough inspection. Tony the service representative was great! My truck was checked for brakes and recieved all the information I needed with much professionalism and care.
Every technician had a different explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. It was the battery that was the problem and it cost us $431 . Very expensive and very terrible experience never again.

Took my vehicle in to have the battery replaced and was quoted 60min. Before heading in, I was given a price of $99 over the phone for the battery and labor to replace. Knowing my vehicle, I was pretty sure this was incorrect. I asked to check again and was told that because it was a small car, this should be correct. When I got to a service advisor, I was three new, higher prices based on how many months I wanted the battery covered for. I mentioned the change and they said that it must have been incorrect. I took my vehicle in for an oil change today. Tony did an excellent job. Great customer service. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Freedom since I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015. I always check out the service Dept. when buying a vehicle because that’s who you will ultimately end up communicating with. I’ll admit they’ve had some difficult times and lots of turnovers but they’re working through it. Tony is a great addition to the team!
