I was confused at first because i was just in my car. but once i walked inside i was helped. Tony was the associate you helped me. He began with a disclaimer of the wait but i expected that for a Saturday. The man was great, kept me updated plus it was a great price for an oil change. $50 bucks plus got a tire rotation thrown in. #winning #yaasss i recommend them.
Sales person Hollis was great. Truly listened to what we wanted and found a way to deliver. Time with the finance depot was brief and greatly appreciated. Very good experience.
Tahoe broke in San Antonio and road service took it to Freedom and it was the best place they could have taken it, Josh was wonderful and really recommend them, they get a 5 Star.
I had a very pleasant experience at Freedom. They may not have all the "give aways" with purchase, but bottom line I would rather get a better vehicle deal. In my opinion Freedom is a best jet secret dealer. They are so much closer to my home and worked hard to make sure I received the best deal. They utilized all sources for the most discount, such as Sam's Club Auto Buying Program. I found my new dealer after using a different dealer for my past 4 vehicle purchase.
Mason was a breath of fresh air. Very empathetic to my financial issues in the past. The Director, and the Finance Manager, were extremely kind and committed to doing there utmost to help me get into a car! I highly recommend Freedom Chevrolet to one and all!
