Service department advisors are helpful and they keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles. Prices are reasonable and this is only dealership in my life in which the final bill for a major service was LESS than the estimate.

Have had horrible experience after horrible experience with them. Put a crappy bedliner that didn’t fit the truck correctly. Gave me runaround about it. Don’t know how much oil to put in your vehicle that you purchased from them! Put way too much then can’t figure out what’s wrong with truck when it’s acting up! Took two days to figure out they put 5 quarts too many. Service manager is rude and not helpful. Will never go back!

I had an excellent experience buying a new truck with Freedom Chevy (5 stars). Jacob Glass and Charles Pircher made the car buying process smooth and easy. Jacob was easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I was able to get an amazing deal for a new Silverado with an excellent trade in value. Would recommend this dealer to anyone, especially any active duty military personnel.
