RecommendedJosh Smith was a fabulous sales associate and a definite asset for your service team. I really appreciated him. He made sure to keep me informed at all times. When I picked up my vehicle he recognized me when I walked in. When I got in my car the service engine was still on. He got it taken care of right away with a smile on his face. Horrible service, communication, and no interest in taking care of the customer. Scheduled service and did not get my vehicle in to diagnosis the problem until after 24 hours. I had zero calls from service department after calling to get updates at least three times with a request to call me back.
