Today service was quick and satisfying
Great service from start to finish.
I went in on a Saturday with no appointment expecting to wait hours but that was not the case. A gentleman by the name of Tony assisted me and had me in and out in about an hour. He was very professional and informative about what was expected and recommendations on my vehicle. He also informed me of the Customer Appreciation promotion that was going on which helps me for a person that is on a very tight budget. Thanks Tony for everything!

I had an appointment at 2 pm for an oil change/tire rotation today. After 1.5 hour, I checked in with the advisor to see how much longer it would be, only to find out that my vehicle still hadn’t been started. I needed to be somewhere else and asked for my vehicle back without getting the service done. The advisor did ask if I would like to reschedule, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.I think 2 hours is long enough for an oil change. Very friendly and helpful. Mason went above and beyond to keep his promise and helped me drive off in the car I wanted.
I was very satisfied with every step from being able to get an appointment at a time that worked best for me , my vehicle was taken on time and service results met my expectations. Everyone was very helpful and the facility from service area to the waiting room were very clean.
