This was my first visit to Freedom CHEVROLET for a oil change on my Tahoe. Angel was very helpful and greeted me right away as I walked into the service Dept. They even shuttled me home after drop off. I would recommend a separate “quick lane” for oil changes, tire rotation, wiper blades etc. for a quicker turnaround. All in all a great first experience!
I was very please with the service and Darrell was quick and attentive. I was impressed with how convenient the online feature is so you know ahead of time what the total , services and recommendations are.. 1st time here and definitely will be back . Thank You Darrell

The service department was great! My service advisor was Marco Gutierrez. He called me after my car was looked at and explained everything in detail. Amazing customer service! Thanks again Mr. Gutierrez!
Wilkins a salesman did a great job helping me without pressuring or trying to lie to me when I traded in my truck. The manager was also very upfront and didn’t try to play games. I’m a car guy but when I’m shopping for a vehicle at first I’ll play like I don’t know much about them to test their honesty and if they pressure or not, then later let it be known I know a lot about them and always do research before walking into the dealership. This isn't my first vehicle purchase, but it was my first with Freedom. I went in with buyer's anxiety, but our salesman, Christian Terry, went above to make us feel welcomed..and at home. I went in with a certain expectation, but left with so much more.. great offers..personalities.. and including positive equity on my new vehicle! Looking forward to my next purchase already!
