Good service, friendly and courteous
Been trying to get a refund on my GAP insurance since April of last year. Had to fill out paperwork three times. Cancellation finally got submitted and processed in September, which I found out by calling the insurance company directly. Have called and left messages several times with different finance people. Either no one knows what's going on or simply doesn't return my calls. Never buying from this dealership again.
Fast and efficient. Truck promised and delivered on time.

Outstanding customer service
After 2 frustrating experiences at other dealerships, I worked with Ernest online and over the phone and got the best deal offered on my trade in and the truck I purchased. This is the second Silverado I’ve purchased with freedom and now I know better than to bother looking anywhere else for my next purchase.
