Dropped our Tahoe off for an oil change. Great communication about when the vehicle would be ready. They called and the vehicle was awaiting my arrival. Prompt check out and very professional Service Advisor, Brandi.
First time customer. Was able to schedule an appointment for the same day before they closed. Changed my oil, fixed my tire pressures and finished within an hour. Nice customer area with free coffee/hot chocolate. Great location right off IH-10 access road near UTSA will definitely come back again!

The people are very nice and went far beyond our expectations to ensure we got the pickup we wanted. Hollis, Jacob and Robert were just outstanding in every way. Having bought several new vehicles over the years I can say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. I will return to Freedom if I buy another Chevy in the future!
