Jacob was fantastic. I left very specific instructions on the process request on the site..and he followed them to the letter. I did the same with many other dealers but they either didnt respond or didnt do as I asked. Once i got the vehicle and price, it was quick and painless. The staff quickly took carry of me and did explain it was going to be a wait but would be done at a specific time which it was! I’ve gone back to Freedom every oil change——(3 Years) and I drive a Buick!

Angel in the service department got me checked in and on the shuttle to work in less than 5 minutes. The service check was completed by lunch and my truck was ready for Pickup. Loved the service Provided by Angel and the customer service was outstanding.
