Service writer said it would take 2 hours for an oil change. After I questioned, why 2 hour, he said that they “we are a busy department and we’re not a express oil lube joint”. I said I’ve been to other dealerships and the most service time was an hour. I then said go ahead and perform the service but that I would keep that in mind next time I need any service done to my truck.
