Overall great experience. Michelle was fantastic in sales. Very fair trade-in value. Finance was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them!
I was very doubtful that I could get financed, but Michelle was persistent and rightfully so. I told her my budget and she stayed within that number. The first vehicle I looked at was a 2017 but I was approved for a 2019 Equinox! Michelle was always honest and upfront when any changes occurred. She was a joy to work with and she liked my Bruno! If you are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient salesperson, Michelle Likens is your woman!!!
