They asked before running further tests on after having a misfire on cyn 7, with a conclusion of the lifter being damaged. Tony called with estimates and permissions to continue, he also notified me of the powertrain warranty that was on it, and boom, done in 1.5 days. So the turn around was pretty neat with no scheduled appointment , dropped it off Monday round 8am, got the Chevy shuttle to pick me up round 2:30pm, got their safely and back on the road I go!
I went in for my oil change and I had a hole in my tire and they patched it up for me was in and out. I also purchased my car from them
Called day before and made appointment. Arrived, parked and was greeted by advisor Tony. Checked in and sit in waiting and shortly received text from advisor on status of car. Shortly Tony came over, we talked about what was best for car. Had to leave car, and was given shuttle ride by Danny, from and to. Good courteous visit all around.
