I’ve use a different Chevrolet company outside of San Antonio. I moved here and my sister recommended Freedom Chevrolet. They had excellent service. My car hasn’t sounded this good since I bought it.
We came in to look at Suburbans and Tahoe’s today. The worst thing that people do is underestimate me by appearance. I walked in and they handed me off to the youngest salesperson with no knowledge or manners. Talked to me like we were friends going to the club or something . It’s rather annoying considering I am ready to buy or lease something ASAP. Don’t judge a book by its cover guys. We were looking for a Chevy suburban and had been to several dealers. I found one I liked and my husband inquired. James got in contact with him and got us in a great Suburban for a great price! James and Joesph were exceptional and so helpful! We will be back again for our next Chevy and will send our friends down! Worth the drive from Fredericksburg and Johnson City!

Worst service I’ve ever gotten from a Chevrolet dealer, I’m not one to leave a bad review after the 1st time, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the service person just had a bad day, who knows. But when you give a 2nd chance and still get the same terrible service is when I write my bad review.
