RecommendedI’ve use a different Chevrolet company outside of San Antonio. I moved here and my sister recommended Freedom Chevrolet. They had excellent service. My car hasn’t sounded this good since I bought it.
We came in to look at Suburbans and Tahoe’s today. The worst thing that people do is underestimate me by appearance. I walked in and they handed me off to the youngest salesperson with no knowledge or manners. Talked to me like we were friends going to the club or something . It’s rather annoying considering I am ready to buy or lease something ASAP. Don’t judge a book by its cover guys. James got in contact with him and got us in a great Suburban for a great price! James and Joesph were exceptional and so helpful! Worst service I’ve ever gotten from a Chevrolet dealer, I’m not one to leave a bad review after the 1st time, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the service person just had a bad day, who knows. But when you give a 2nd chance and still get the same terrible service is when I write my bad review.
