I took my vehicle in for an oil change 12/31/19 had an appointment at 10 got there at 9:45 and was told it would 2.5 hrs before they could get to it Got call at 1 it was ready. When I picked up I noticed my tires had not been rotated (I marked my back tires). The advisor all he tells me is I will let the tech know for next time”. I said that doesn’t help with my vehicle to wear the tires evenly. great customer service. They didnt have the 2019 I wanted so they put me in a 2020 for the same price ... Didnt have a tow package on the particular Truck we decided on... but they are adding one
