Although the folks are courteous and professional...management leaves a lot to be desired. Appointments simply mean nothing and are probably over booked. 7:30AM appointment; 9:45 I questioned the time and was told service was complete and waiting on Tech for paperwork...apparently the Tech had to come a long way because it took him 20+ minutes to arrive. I assume anyone arriving before me without appointments are serviced prior to me. Terrible way to run an operation...DO AWAY WITH APPOINTMENTS OR UTILIZE THE SYSTEM CORRECTL... read more
