STORY TIME!! ONE THING I MUST SAY...If you can pre-diagnose your car properly before taking your car into any dealership...DO IT! That saved me a ton of money!! Well...where to begin? Customer service people are helpful and let you know your inspection is needed and only charge 7 dollars to do it. Waiting area is clean and welcoming.
So far my experience has been positive. They truly take care of their customers. The two things I have noticed each time I enter the customer service department is the welcome you get and you are kept informed if you have to wait. Another great approach is their smile. They do smile and that is so welcoming. Thank you Angel Andino and Josh. The mechanic fellow, forgot his name was pleasant as well. Thank you! Have wonderful Holiday!
