I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received at freedom Chevrolet. I came in with battery issues one year ago. I was sold a battery that is inappropriate and doesn’t allow my car to perform optimally. The service person and the manager during my most recent visit wouldn’t allow me to have a credit toward upgrade on a battery. A battery that would be appropriate and would allow my truck to perform optimally. As a new customer I came in with low expectations but the way Lee handled my concern was what u was hoping for. Have had my car a month and had to have it towed out of my garage 2017 it has no air and won’t start it was supposed to have been go through and it obviously wasn’t and I paid them 5000 down we paid almost 24000 for a vehicle that doesn’t run waiting for general manager to call me back still I suggest taking your business elsewhere for a dependable vehicle
Was in this morning for an oil change on 2015 Corvette, in at 7am out at 8am good job guys
