Joseph and Re’ne were great. Freedom had exactly what we were looking for which was 2019 Traverse Premier without a sunroof. Color was what we wanted. It took some negotiating but we believe we got a fair deal. Everyone that we have dealt with so far has been very personable!
Patient and thorough in their evaluation
This was the worst experience ever at a dealership!! My car went in for the front cv joints to be replaced, and the mechanic bent my hub while hammering the cv joint out. Then they had the audacity to call me and say my hub needed to be replaced because it was severely damaged! I responded with, show me. At this point, we could clearly see the tech was hitting it with a metal hammer instead of a rubber mallet (like their suppose to) because it had fresh shiny dents where he smashed it getting the cv joint out, and ruined my ... read more

Dropped off my truck for oil change. About an hour later, I was called and said it was ready. I always go to Freedom for service on my 2010 Silverado. Excellent service every time I go.
