I made my appointment online...with Angel Andino...who was recommended to me by a family friend...He greeted me by name, listened to my concerns, asked me questions...I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had recently gotten back from vacation and I hadn't had a chance to wash it...when I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been washed as well. Will definitely be back.

I’ve had good experiences with Freedom Chevrolet’s service department. What I appreciate the most is the authenticity of the techs and an apparent earnest desire to actually solve problems. I’ve also purchased my last two Silverados here. No complaints.
Came in for basic service on my work vehicle, the work was fine and they were friendly but I was told 3/12 hours and it turned to 8. They found some issues that were covered under warranty and decided to repair them without talking to me which caused the repairs to take double the time that was quoted when I could have come back later. I lost an entire day of work because I didn't have my van which I had left all my tools and materials in because I didn't believe it would take all day. Thanks for that Angel..
