Lee was nice. Thorough. And did a great job taking care of me.
Great Service with a smile. Build relationships with customers and educate them like a dealer should when repairing a vehicle. Mark Schwing & Lee Baer are wonderful !!! Always both greeted be with a smile and were tentative as knowledgeable. Even with lines and lines of people in a Saturday am, I still felt like a welcome customer throughout the experience! Management promote and give these 2 guys a raise!

My service person polite and good but everyone else ignored me until he finally came up to me and saw me wailing. I had an appointment at 9 am and left after 11 did an oil change. I am Not happy!
RecommendedMy service advisor was very thorough. Reviewed all items that needed attention. Gave me a print out of each item. My service was done well and didn’t take too long considering the volume of people which were there. Good people and honest. I have been using Freedom Chevrolet since I moved to San Antonio 5 years ago. Also best deal on tires I could find. I will be back.
Customer service upon entering service area definitely needs work, although it was better this time than it has been in the past. Making an appointment is a joke. I took my vechile in a few months ago for a scheduled appointment for some minor repairs. Called than afternoon to inquire about it, they hadn't even looked at it yet! Overall, I haven't been impressed with their service.

Yesterday I took my new Tahoe in for service. I made an appointment online and when I got to the service department I was greeted by an advisor and was told they would be right with me. The service manager Paul approached me and asked if I wanted a water bottle for myself and my kids. Shortly after my advisor assisted me and told me it would be roughly an hour and a half. This has been the most difficult dealership I have ever dealt with. First, I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls for almost three days. I would call every morning and leave messages with machines and different people and nothing. Then, I find out on a Friday afternoon that my car has been sitting there for a week before anyone has even looked at it.
