The Service Department customer service is horrible. My appointment was for Saturday at 7am so I dropped it off Friday evening around 5pm. I was called around 430pm Saturday stating they about to do the oil change but could not complete the list of things I asked to be looked. This visit was a complete waste of time and I will never go back there again!
Took my 2015 Corvette in for oil change along with engine and cabin filters. Was in and in a reasonable time.

I’m very sorry to say that only in service department they need to train staff more customer service because in all other dealerships mostly service rap comes out side to take care of customers but in freedom Chevrolet we all need to stand in line waiting they will call us And unfortunately it’s happened all the time but sales department is good Thanks

Very dissatisfied with the service. Not very organized, gave incorrect time for pick up. Charged more than they said initially. Zero explanation of the multi inspection. Won’t come back for sure!
