I set an appointment for 1pm for a routine oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. I was told it would take 3 hours which I thought seemed ridiculous but agreed and instead it took 5 hours.
Slow, passive service. Held my truck overnight and did no work on it.
I took my 2500 Silverado for routine service on a Monday morning. I pulled up into the service bay and had to go inside to get the attention of a service writer. There was no "we will be right with you" or any other greeting like "Can I help you". I waited about 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge me. I know that everyone is having to do more with less. Good service and good people. An hour and a half wait for an oil change doesn't really make me want to go back when I can go to a Pennzoil and get in and out in 30 minutes tops
I dropped of my truck at 730am and they took 5 days to repair a radio.
Service experience went just as planned. Shuttle service worked smoothly too.
