I take my truck for oil changes and maintenance. Don is the sales rep that I deal with and he does a great job of getting the truck in and out. Price is always good for the services they provide. Set an appointment and they will work to get your vehicle done in a timely manner.
Usually fair price but this time a technician scolded the one helping me 7 cars backed up from day before so I had to reschedule. My techn was great Johnathan

Professional service shop though things could be a little quicker
Not the best service experience. No one greeted me when I pulled up to the service bay. No one greeted me when I walked into the service office; I had to find someone to help me start my car appointment. I was told it would take an hour or hour and a half to finish working on my car. After two hours passed, I asked for a status update. One of the employees told me the service department was backed up, and he didn’t give me an update on my car. I love the fact that I could get a “loner” vehicle (it was not alone with me) he he, but seriously I do not live in town so it was nice to get a replacement set of wheels at no charge. There was a couple of things that could not be fixed though. Over all I would go back.
They took care of what I requested and identified some recalls that I wasn’t aware of and fixed those too. I used a coupon that was mailed to me which resulted in a very fair price.
Love going to freedom prices are the best for a Dealer and service rep is knowledgeable and on point
