I've Had Great Service At Freedom Chevy Since Buying My 2014
The service department has poor service in my opinion, our Silverado that we purchased less then 60 days ago from them and has a broken seat back frame (seat won't recline) couldn't be fixed or so they said and wanted to charge almost $600 for a new one. But when my wife went to pick up the plates a few days before and addressed the problem she was told to bring the truck in and the problem would be taken care of at no charge, once I got there with the truck the story changed and was told the initial diagnostic was at no cha... read more
