It was my first time there for oil change.... no one greeted me at the bay....I had an appointment and they told me it would be two hours so I left it and came back.... it still wasn’t ready they told me 15 min and if I wanted a wash it be another hour and half well it was 45 min later that I asked when my car would be ready as I told them to forget the car wash.... there was no water or anything to drink while you wait and the worst part is I felt so uncomfortable as literally EVERY customer in there (4 to be exact) was in ... read more
I bought my 2010 Tahoe LTZ at Freedom and they have done all the work on my SUV. I had an oil change today and arrived at 8:00 (appt. was for 8:15). The job was completed by 10:40 so it was a 2 1/2 hour wait. That’s a bit long but I’m still happy with Freedom. A new serviceman who just started tried to help at the beginning of my arrival but later showed he really didn’t want to deal with checking for me. Made an appointment a week in advance for 2 year service and state inspection for my ‘16 Camaro (bought new at Freedom 2 years ago). Appointment was for 10 am and I arrived at 9:45. Reviewed service required with service writer to include the state inspection. Even went back to the car to provide the service writer with the insurance card. They did not start working on the car until 11:15. When the car was “ready” at noon and I picked up the paperwork I did not see the charge for the state inspection. They did not do it. I needed an oil change and had a issue with my 2017 Camaro. Joshua Smith...made my morning he was very polite and handled everything perfectly..I can say it makes a difference in the attitudes of your employees..I will continue to take my vehicles there. Excellent customer service!
I dropped off a tire for repair or replacement(under warranty) on Wednesday at about 4:50pm(closing time). On Thursday I was called about 12pm. to be told the tire would need to be replaced and the approval had been sought. They were going to have the tire delivered. The delivery driver was lost for about two and a half hours. I showed up about 3:30pm. and the service clerk called the tire delivery service while I was with him. I took my vehicle in today for scheduled oil change and discovered a screw in my tire. Apparently I did not purchase wheel and tire coverage like I thought I did when I bought the truck, but they made it ok. Great service. Love this dealership. Outstanding customer service.
